Das Space Agency

Dear Readers, 

Here's a mock letter to the president of the Explorers Guild to convince him to fund the Das Space Agency.

Dear Mr. X Paloor,

We the people of the Das Space Agency (DSA), always follow our motto, ‘Inspiration + Innovation = Discovery’. We believe that we have found foreign life on the dwarf planet Haumea (a.k.a, X Haumea).This could cause a major threat to our planet. As Chairman of the DSA, it my job to keep our planet from falling apart. We have received word that you are one of the many great presidents of the Explorer’s Guild. We have seen your great accomplishments that favor this planet.

We think this alien life could be a major threat to our planet. If not communicated properly the X Haumea space force could turn against us, resulting in a massive space catastrophe. 

With your money the DSA and the Explorer’s Guild could save the planet from having affairs with unknown terrestrial life. We already have the blueprints for the space ship ready. We just need your funds so we can buy all the equipment and start building. Due to vast amount of research everything is set to go. We just need your funds to get everything ready and as you know it, we both will be saving the planet.

We have already developed the space suits for the astronauts along with studying their ways of movement and communication. We simply need to build the transportation. With extra thrusters and swift titanium, we can get to the planet in no time. The funds will help us mount a large amount of camera equipment to the space ship. With high resolution cameras we can record everything in the grand history books. Using high range sonar satellites, we could send out audible signals we could figure out where the alien life is located.

As you can see, the fate of this planet lies in your hands. Your funds can save the planet!
